Affordable Microloans
Borrow up to $15,000 at a fixed low rate of Prime + 1.5% with no Canadian credit history required.
Interest-Only Study Period
Pay only small, manageable monthly interest payments while you are actively enrolled in your diploma program.
Builds Canadian Credit
All monthly repayments are reported to Equifax and TransUnion, establishing your Canadian credit score.

Work one-on-one with a dedicated Windmill coach to support your employment search and financial planning.
Who is Eligible?
- Permanent Resident (PR), Canadian Citizen (born outside of Canada), Protected Person, or Convention Refugee.
- Currently living in British Columbia or elsewhere in Canada.
- Have internationally acquired education, training, or professional work experience.
- Enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited diploma program at Edenbrook College.
