Business Administration Diploma Instructor

Job Overview:

Edenbrook College is seeking a highly qualified Business Administration Instructor to teach and mentor students pursuing a career in business. The instructor will deliver course content, assess student performance, and help prepare students for success in various business fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lectures, case studies, and hands-on activities aligned with the Business Administration curriculum.
• Teach core business subjects such as management, marketing, finance, human resources, and business law.
• Ensure compliance with Government and PTIRU admission requirements, including maintaining documentation of student eligibility and English language proficiency.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical projects.
• Integrate industry trends and real-world applications into the curriculum.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and professional development initiatives.
• Adhere to PTIRU’s Private Training Regulation 18(2)(a)(ii) regarding admission and language proficiency requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 3 years of industry experience in business operations, management, or corporate leadership.
• Teaching or training experience in business education (an asset).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage students using interactive and practical learning methods.
• Proficiency in business software and tools used in modern workplaces.
• Knowledge of PTIRU compliance regulations and admission requirements related to private training institutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in curriculum development and student assessment.
• Knowledge of online learning platforms and hybrid teaching methods.
• Familiarity with industry trends in entrepreneurship, business finance, and strategic management.
